Photo Mask Freebie

You spend countless hours creating these beautiful layouts- how are you printing them?
Back in the day of paper scrapbooking- we all cared so much about everything being "archival"... has that changed? Many at-home printers claim to be "archival"- but read the fine lines. Most of them require you to use their branded ink and papers to back up this statement. This can be very expensive, and well... it is still ink.

Ink isn't waterproof.
Persnickety Prints doesn't use ink. Our chemical and light process is the most archival.

Check out what Stan from Scrappers Workshop has to say about it.

On this layout I used one of the two photo masks provided- doubling it for the image and the paper background. Cinzia Loosemore's papers and elements. This print will still be around for my Grandkids to cherish- even if there is a flood.  Just sayin'!

Happy New Year- from Utah

I spent the day in the mountains with my boys =)

So many people come to Utah for the Skiing- we are lucky to have it practically in our backyard! It's so beautiful here- sometimes ya just have to suck up the cold and take it all in!

Today we tried Cross-Country Skiing. Little Ryder covered lots of terrain on those little legs! It was about 20 degrees Fahrenheit but the sun made it so nice. Beautiful Day!

Check out that powder- so fluffy!

I hope you all had a great Holiday weekend. I still cannot believe it is already 2011! Wasn't Y2K like, yesterday? It seems like it.
Time to "bring in the new"!
