    When I try to extract this file it says there's a password. Has this download expired or can you give us the password? Thanks!

    Sue- there is not a password. When downloading on a PC- choose the "save as" option. Then extract from the saved file on your PC. LMK if you can get it to work. I can give you the direct download link- but you would have the same issue.
